RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted. 

SHIPPING POLICY: US orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS and include a tracking number. This information will be emailed to customer upon shipping and the package should arrive within 7-10 business days. Please allow up to three business days for processing before your order will ship. Flat rate shipping fees are subject to change. Please contact me for shipping quotes to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time, please email elysia@elysiavk.com for international orders.

DAMAGE: Elysia is not responsible for damage from shipment, but in the unlikely case of shipping damage, please contact us with a photo, your name and order information. Instructions will follow for replacement.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Need something specific? See something you like in my online store but want a large order? I do all kinds of custom work for personal gifting, interior design elements, and company projects and logo products. Anything is possible! Dream big and contact me for a quote. Quotes for custom inquiries typically take 1 - 4 business days to procure. Lead times on custom orders begin when all details have been approved. All custom orders begin with a non-refundable $100.00 deposit.
